We also had a huge influx of yellow jackets at the same time.I am highly allergic to both, but the bees are very passive.It was the yellow jackets that attacked(And yes they do really attack)Me.How to tell the difference between the two is easy.Yellow jackets are a shiny yellow and black, quite vibrant.The bees are of course fuzzy and their yellow is more on the dirty looking side.
